To Reinstall the printer/scanner drivers you can visit the manufacturer’s website & you can find the updated scanning drivers according to the operating system installed on your PC. In order to install the drivers from manufacturer’s website, please follow below steps:
1. Go to the manufacturer’s website (Fujitsu).
2. Enter the relevant information & try to search for drivers using following information:
  1. Name & Model number of the scanner.
  2. Search using operating system installed on the PC.
  3. Search using serial number of the scanner (if any).
3. Download the latest drivers for scanner & printer.
4. Once downloaded, install the drivers.
5. Reboot the machine & check if you are able to use the scanner.
